BEN ELO MEMORIALIZED

IN SCHOLARSHIP SOCCER CAMP 

TheBen Elo Memorial Fund was established to honor and remember the life of Ben Elo who died suddenly from an unknown cause on July 21, 2008 at only 14 years of age.  Ben loved God, Soccer and his family and friends.  The Mission Statement of the BEMF is Live your Faith to Affect Change; Micah 6:8 Act Justly, Love Mercy, Walk Humbly

The Ben Elo Soccer Camp funds the Goals of Ben's Memorial Fund and the Mission Statement which include:

  • Annual $5,000 College Scholarship
  •  Ben Elo Character in Leadership Award
  • Grief Ministry and Outreach (Library, Mom's Grief Group)
  •  Support of other local Youth programs (YMCA, Boys & Girls Club, Field of Dreams)
  •  Mooresville High School (Purchase of AEDs, Soccer field improvements)
